Cancellation Policy

Thank you for being a valued member of The Marine Exchange of Puget Sound. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your membership. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Process:

Memberships with the Marine Exchange of Puget Sound can be canceled at any time. To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website.
Navigate to the “subscription” tab.
Locate the option to “Cancel” on the far right side and select yes.
Once canceled you will be redirected to the account page and see “stopped” under the subscription section. You will also see the expiration date. This date will reflect one year after your last payment and the date up until you will no longer have access to the dashboard. Your account will still be marked active until this expiration date. 

Refund Policy:

Please note that our memberships are billed annually, and we do not offer refunds for the remaining duration of the yearly subscription if you choose to cancel. We recommend canceling your subscription near its annual renewal date if you would like to continue access but not renew the following year. If you cancel before your renewal date you will still have access to the dashboard until then. 


By default, memberships with The Marine Exchange of Puget Sound are set to auto-renew annually. This ensures uninterrupted access to your membership benefits. If you do not wish to continue with auto-renewal, please make sure to cancel your membership before the next billing cycle.


You are welcome to rejoin The Marine Exchange of Puget Sound at any time by purchasing a new membership. Please note that rejoining may be subject to the current membership terms and pricing.
